This is home design in this home in the hills of Oakland, California by Kenner Architects.

Floor-to-ceiling glass clears the way to unobstructed views. The predominantly south-southwest orientation required deep overhangs to cut down glare and soften the light quality in the home. The glass carport and secondary bedrooms are placed in a second building higher up the slope. A glass bridge spans a bamboo garden and connects the structures. Spare and rigorously Modern in its aesthetic, the home has only a handful of materials and even fewer colors. Pale blue scratch coat plaster, concrete floors, steel and glass window systems, and a mostly white and bleached wood composition of cabinetry and furnishings define the minimalist composition. Color is introduced through landscaping, artwork and the dramatic views.

From our side, this design is stunning and unique concept, I call it Boxy Home Design. If you check out some photos on this design you’ll realize that this design really sharp and strong enough.

Tirawan Songsawat designed The Library Resort in Koh Samui, Thailand. Matching between exterior and interior really fit. I really like it. White on the outside, White in the inside. Line based design such as The Library resort make overall view look sharp, wide and so fresh.

When you check more details the books racks it’s really nice. Look out on the swimming pool, paint it with Red, same color with the umbrella make it unique.
